What is Employee Experience Program?
A campus employee engagement approach that emphasizes the first 90 days of employment, aiming to create the optimal conditions for all members of our organization to perform at their best every day. This approach is aligned with LSC-Tomball Campus goals and values, motivating employees to actively contribute to the success of both our employees and students, all while enhancing their own sense of well-being.
What is an Experience Agent?
The Experience Agents (EAs) are volunteer mentors within The Lone Star College System, with a deep understanding of LSC-Tomball's specific processes and culture. An EA's primary role is to orient new employees, providing guidance on topics such as new employees’ goals, campus access, navigating campus committees, professional development, utilizing the intranet, participating in employee engagement groups, and developing a comprehensive knowledge of all stakeholders within LSC-Tomball and the Lone Star College System.
