Financial Literacy is learning basic concepts to help you make informed financial decisions and provide you the ability to manage money with less stress and ease.

Lone Star College-Montgomery is dedicated to helping students stay financially secure throughout their lifetime. Therefore, each semester; our Personal Financial Literacy Certified staff will hold monthly workshops on various financial literacy topics or host top industry experts who will present different financial wellness topics and resources.

With this knowledge in hand, students are better able to manage their money habits, which can lead to financial wellness.
