The Budget Request Form must be used when an organization wishes to request funding for their organization. 

Please follow the steps below when filling out your RSO Budget Request Form:

NOTE: All budget requests are due no later than Friday, March 21, 2025.

1. Click on the Budget Request Form 2025-2026 here. Please do not change or alter the form in anyway. 

2. Please type in your requests. No handwritten requests will be accepted.

3. Save and name your form as followed: 2025-2026 Organization's Name RSO Budget Allocation Request

                                    EXAMPLE: 2025-2026 SOTA RSO Budget Allocation Request

4. Once the Budget Form is completed and saved please email it to Lisa Gutierrez  at: Lisa.M.Gutierrez@lonestar.edu

5. Sign up for a budget hearing HERE. Budget hearings will be held in South 202.
