Is your organization planning an event? The Student Engagement rents out equipment for student organizations to use at their events. Student organizations please see price sheet below for rental prices. If items are returned damaged, dirty or missing parts organizations will accumulate an additional charge. Rentals can only made by the advisor of a registered student organization. Please complete the rental form below.
The equipment available for rent are:
Machine Rentals
Popcorn machine
$30 per day (includes $10 cleaning fee)
-10 packs of pre-measured popcorn included
-$10 for 10 additional packs (if available)
-bags and 2 pairs of plastic gloves included
Snow cone machine
$30 per day (includes $10 cleaning fee)
-includes up to 3 pre-measured bottles of flavored syrup
-$5 for each additional flavor (if available)
-cups and 2 pairs of plastic gloves included
Cotton candy machine
$30 per day (includes $10 cleaning fee)
-includes up to 2 flavors of floss
-$5 each for additional flavors (if available)
-cones and 2 pairs of plastic gloves included
** $10 cleaning fee will be waived if machines are properly cleaned after use **
