• All incoming students must comply with the Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination Requirements unless they are exempt, taking online or hybrid classes. *Students 22 years of age or older do not need to complete the Bacterial Meningitis requirement.

• Complete the Pre-Assessment Activity (PAA). The PAA must be completed prior to taking the TSIA2 Assessment and is available online. Click here to access the Online PAA.
• Provide your high school transcript, college/university transcript, SAT, ACT or Texas Success Initiative (TSI) scores to the Admissions Office before registering for classes.
• If you don’t have any of those available, visit the Testing Center to schedule a test or contact our Testing Center at TCTesting@LoneStar.edu to take the TSI.
