The MAP Academy is designed for students at participating high schools and runs throughout the school year. Participants will gain college success skills that will better prepare them to navigate college.
The Maverick Academic Pathway program provides students with the following services:
Career and Degree Exploration and Discovery
Financial Aid Guidance
Financial Literacy Knowledge
Academic Coaching and Advising
Students with at least one of the following criteria are encouraged to participate:
First-Generation students (neither parent/guardian completed a degree)
Students considering attending LSC
Students wanting to transfer after they complete a degree at LSC
Students with an academic need
