Lone Star College-CyFair offers two models of learning communities including, unlinked Learning Networks courses and linked Thematic Learning Communities.

Learning Networks

Learning Networks are unlinked thematic academic courses offering an unique approach to a learning community. Learning Networks focus on building a sense of community on the college campus by connecting students and faculty through a common theme, encouraging students to get involved in campus life, and engaging students to be active learners. Thematic Learning Communities
