The purpose of the Wolf Pack Leadership Institute is to develop and nurture competencies and leadership skills through a comprehensive program that focuses on the whole student experience. WPLI is a two-semester program established to help student employees become well-prepared as leaders on and off-campus. Students will be introduced to competencies that are essential to success in college as well as the workplace.
