Bridgett N. Johnson serves as Lone Star College executive vice chancellor, Operations. Johnson oversees system-wide operations including the Office of Technology Services and the Analytics and Institutional Research divisions. This position is the culmination of her more than 25 years of excellence in the operations industry.

Prior to joining LSC Johnson was the South Texas College of Law Houston chief administrative officer and oversaw Information Technology, Finance and Administration, Property Services, Human Resources, Procurement, Safety and Security and Risk Management. Johnson’s passion for innovation and efficiency led to the modernization of decades-old spaces, improved cybersecurity, automation of financial processes, and transparency into previously siloed functional areas.

Before joining South Texas College of Law Houston, Johnson held various positions at LSC, including senior associate vice president, Administrative Services. Her responsibilities included campus financial management, auxiliary services, facilities management, and campus student accounts at multiple locations. She was instrumental in the rebuilding and modernization of LSC-Kingwood in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.

Johnson also spent over 20 years at the Texas Medical Center holding various leadership positions in Facilities Operations and Information Technology.

A lifelong learner, Johnson is pursuing her doctorate in higher education leadership from Sam Houston State University to add to her MBA and BBA from LeTourneau University. She also holds a professional certification in facilities management and a Texas real estate agent license.

Johnson is an LSC Focus award winner, an alum of the LSC Next Generation Leadership Academy, and a graduate of Leadership Houston class of XXXII.
