The Level I Certificate consists of 29-10 credit hours and can be completed in 2 semesters.
The Level II Certificate consists of 44 credit hours and can be completed in 3 semesters (which includes the 2 semesters for the Level I Certificate).
The AAS Degree consists of 60- credit hours and can be completed in 4 semesters.

Live Entertainment Technicians set up and operate specialty lighting, audio, and video equipment including microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards, and related electronic equipment for concerts, sports events, meetings and conventions, presentations, and news conferences.

Most of the Live Entertainment Technology courses have hands-on lab components. Careers in the live entertainment technology industry often require physically laborious activities, especially at the beginning. We mock this in the LET Workforce Program by including activities in class such as: lift, carry, push 50+ pounds; working at heights in Genie lifts, catwalks, and ladders; standing for long durations and walking long distances and up heights; advanced computer software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Computer Aided Drafting software, and video editing techniques.
