Do I need to schedule an appointment for either a TSIA2 test and/or an Accuplacer Math
(Advanced Math-Next Generation) test? 

• No, simply visit us during our regular business hours.

When I finish the test, will I receive my scores immediately?

• Yes. *Occasionally, the Essay portion of a test may be randomly selected for "hand scoring" by an Accuplacer employee. If that's the case, we will usually have your Essay score within 24 hours.

Do I have to finish all parts of my test the same day?

• No. You will have 13 days from the day you start your test to complete all of it. Those 13 days include holidays, Sundays, spring break, etc. NOTE: once you start the essay, you must finish it within one sitting.

How many questions are on the test(s)?

• The "standard" number of questions is between 20-25 questions. However, this is subject to change based on College Board updates.

How long does the test take?

• Length of the test is based on your knowledge of the subject matter. However, typically, the Math portion can take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, and the Reading & Writing,1.5 hours. If an Essay is included, that will add an hour. Remember, you can always pause/save your test and return within 13 days to finish.
