- Announces task forces dedicated to Dual Credit, Online, and Department Chair.
- October 11: Dr. Hagerty to hold kick off with each Instructional division Shared Leadership task force to give charge/purpose
- October 21: Chairs Task Force Meeting (notes)

- November 16: Online Task Force Meeting (notes)
- November 18: Chairs Task Force meets and determines subcommittees that will subsequently meet. Following these subcommittee meetings, these notes were compiled.

College Leadership Council
- College Leadership Council Assessment Survey was administered in May 2018.
- November 11, 2020: An invitation for CLC Subcommittee involvement was sent.
- January 12, 2021: Interested folks met to discuss CLC subcommittee work
- College Leadership Council Retreat held September 17, 2021, in the Beckendorf Conference Center at which the bodies notions of shared leadership were explored by examining its beliefs.
- Fall 2021: A new framework for the College Leadership Council will be explored by developing out the following five areas:

- CLC members were encouraged to join the sub-committee that most interested them.
Enrollment Huddle
- September 16: A group of interested people pulled together to discuss how the weekly LSC-Tomball Enrollment Huddle might be reimagined.
- September 20: Notes from the Tomball Enrollment huddle reimagining discussion were submited to Dr. Nutt
- October 5: Enrollment Huddle next steps were discussed in President's Cabinet
