Purpose of Student Success By Design (SSBD)

• To become a 21st Century Student Success Division
• To look closely at all aspects of our operation and Reimagine, Reinvigorate, and, if determined necessary, Redesign some aspects of the way we work.
• To develop a division-wide strategic plan.

SSBD Priority Areas

• Students – Explore how we create extraordinary moments, experiences, and opportunities throughout every phase of the student life cycle.  Focusing specifically on workflow and handoff.
• Structure- Consider the structure within the student success division. 
• Space – Evaluate space needs that support the student experience.
