The Speech Department is devoted to the study of communication techniques. Courses are designed to challenge students to improve on skills necessary to their academic, business, civic and personal lives.
LSC-University Park offers an Associate of Arts Speech Communication degree program, which includes a variety of transferrable courses: Introduction to Communication (SPCH-1311), Interpersonal Communications (SPCH-1318), Public Speaking (SPCH-1315), and Business & Professional Communication (SPCH-1321).
