Social Work Summit

Social Work Summit is an education and career event for students, professionals and educators.

Social work professionals require rigorous training, education, and certification. Fortunately, educational and career opportunities in the field are expanding. The average annual salary for social workers in the Houston area in 2015 was $80,990. Employment of social workers is projected to grow 12 percent from 2014 to 2024 nationwide (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics). Students, professionals, educators, and all interested are invited to learn more about the field, career, and educational opportunities.
