Program Details
The rapid growth in different industries has created many new job opportunities for administrative assistants. Acquire and master the skills you need to be successful as an administrative assistant. Learn the basics of administrative and personnel support, records and information management, communications technology, travel and meeting coordination, space planning, and office ergonomics. Find out how time management, accounting, business law, organizational behavior, and administration affect the responsibilities and activities of administrative assistants. This course will not only give you the ability to perform daily administrative tasks but will also give you an inside view of how the different departments of a professional organization work together to make or break a business.
