All LSC accounts are password-protected. Use a unique password, preferably a sentence, and do not share it with anyone or enter it into a website without being sure it is associated with Lone Star College. When in doubt, contact the IT Service Desk for verification.

Picking Up an LSC TechConnect Device?

Go to LoneStar.edu/ots-studentdevice for pick-up locations and maps, as well as setup instructions.

Equipment pickups/returns are:
Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
No returns or pickups on Sunday.
