Student Support Services Programs assist students from low-income or first generation backgrounds to stay in college until they earn their associates degree and transfer to a four year university to complete their baccalaureate degree. There are over 930 programs at colleges and universities nationwide. Lone Star College SSS Program provides students with academic advising, transfer admissions advising financial aid support, career advising, college & cultural field trips, and academic tutoring. In addition, students have the opportunity to earn scholarships to assist with the cost of attendance (tuition & fees). Students must be enrolled as a full time student at LSC-North Harris.
