Join Lone Star College-University Park (LSC-University Park) for the Fit4Life Community Wellness Fair Friday, Nov. 11. The Fit4Life event takes place from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the college's Center for Science & Innovation on campus, 20515 SH 249, Houston, TX 77070.
The fair is free and open to the public. It will feature numerous community partners and vendors offering educational exhibits, exercise demonstrations, stress relief techniques, healthy snacks and activities, and free flu shots, with proof of insurance while supplies last.

Through our outreach efforts, we can help support health awareness and wellness education," said Dr. Shah Ardalan, President of LSC-University Park. "A healthy, educated community helps create a robust, prosperous community. The wellness fair is an excellent way to empower individuals and families to make informed decisions about healthy eating and physical activity."
Attendees are encouraged to sample items, gather resources to promote healthier habits, ask questions, check out the college, and take advantage of the giveaways and free prizes!
