It’s time to see what Lone Star College-CyFair’s student artists have learned this fall as their projects are displayed Nov. 17 – Dec. 8 for viewers to enjoy and even purchase award-winning and one-of-a-kind pieces.

“The Student Art Showcase at the Bosque Gallery is a semi-annual event where you will see the best work of our college art students,” said Bosque Gallery Lead Faculty Matt Backer. “Come see these artists’ work in two- and three-dimensional design, photography, ceramics, drawing, painting, color theory, and watercolor. You will be amazed at the talent of our students and the diversity of their art.”

For an opportunity to meet some of the student artists and to discuss their inspired and impressive pieces, join the 6:30 p.m. opening reception, which also includes the awards ceremony.

The Bosque Gallery is located in the Center for the Arts building on the Barker Cypress campus at 9191 Barker Cypress.
