Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society advisor Reyna Tippetts was chosen as a Distinguished Advisor Award recipient as part of this year’s national PTK Catalyst event celebrating the accomplishments of students, chapters, and advisors.

“I am so incredibly honored and humbled to have been nominated by our fantastic chapter members and my fellow advisor Ms. Lynda Dodgen for this award,” said Tippetts. “These last two semesters, the priority has been to keep students engaged throughout our virtual meetings. It has not been easy, especially this past semester. Winning this award represents the commitment and engagement of our members!”

Tippetts was nominated for the award by the LSC-North Harris Alpha Alpha Rho chapter student members.
