Youths 13 to 15 years of age are invited to attend the Lone Star College Career Exploration Camp taking place in June. The sessions are designed to introduce teens to today’s in-demand careers through hands-on activities in LSC classrooms and learning labs.
“Campers can explore careers in game design, health sciences, robotics, theatre and more,” said Connor O’Sullivan, LSC Continuing Education Executive Director. “This is a wonderful opportunity for parents to help show their teens a variety of exciting career options.”
The camps take place June 6–June 9 and June 13–16, from 1–5 p.m. at LSC-CyFair, LSC-Kingwood, LSC-Montgomery, LSC-North Harris and LSC-Tomball. The cost to attend is $115 per week.
“In addition to exploring career options, it’s also a great way to introduce teens to the college environment,” said O’Sullivan.
