How can students knock out extra courses or just relax between semesters at Lone Star College-CyFair? Register today for a December mini-mester class.

Registration is under way to earn college credit during winter break with a variety of three-week or four-week classes that begin Dec. 20. Among the mini-mester classes offered face-to-face are English, government and math.  Online course options include accounting, criminal justice, economics, film appreciation, history, philosophy, Spanish, technical communications, Texas Government and trigonometry, just to name a few.

Students who prefer to rejuvenate during the holiday season should register early for spring classes that begin Jan. 18, 2022, prior to leaving for the winter break. This will certainly eliminate the stress of peak registration and students can get the professors and schedule of their choice.
