The holiday season is here and so are ways to show appreciation, intimate setting reads and sing-alongs in Lone Star College-CyFair’s December weekly WebEx workshops.
These free Learning, Inspiration, Friendship and Enrichment (L.I.F.E.) programs are available Wednesdays through virtual presentations and are accessible for one week.

Ever wonder if your efforts to appreciate others are really making a difference? Do you feel like you are missing the mark? Join Sarah Zapata from the Teaching and Learning Center to learn the “5 Languages of Appreciation” so you can better appreciate others in a meaningful way.
- December 9: Cozy up with a Good Mystery!
Join John McDougall of Houston's own Murder by the Book Bookstore to find out what the best cozy mysteries for this season are! What is a cozy mystery and what are some recent favorites? Tune in to get some stellar reads from the cozy mystery expert!
- December 16: Carols with Jen
How about some holiday caroling with librarian Jen Crouse? Grab a hot cup of cider and get cozy for this virtual caroling sing-along.
