Be part of the Academy for Lifelong Learning (ALL) community from home with more valuable programming available. Attend the Virtual ALL Open House at 11 a.m. Aug. 12 to find out more.
Join Lone Star College Chancellor Dr. Steve Head at this hour-long event celebrating two academy host campuses and showcasing some semester classes. To attend the open house and receive a confirmation email with link to join the open house, go to LoneStar.edu/all for instructions.
There are several new benefits for members who have paid the annual $25.
“All classes will be online to keep our members safe. If you don’t have a computer, you are able to still call in and enjoy lectures by phone,” said Kimberly Moore-Crenshaw, program manager.
“We’re offering some great health, history, financial and political-based classes, along with many more topics, that will keep you entertained.”
In addition to the 26 classes available at LSC-CyFair, members may also choose from classes offered at other LSC campuses. Members from any state or region in good standing are also able to attend classes as the virtual format allows for larger class sizes.
Among this fall’s LSC-CyFair class topics are tips on green cleaning and gardening; boosting energy, emotions and immunizations; lessons on volcanos and more.
Another new member benefit is that the schedule lists classes by categories not by campus. Moreover, LSC-CyFair provides a blog featuring the latest updates on class news.
To register, browse the schedule or sign up for ALL classes, go to LoneStar.edu/cyfair-all. Check out our blog at: http://lsccyfairall.blogspot.com/ or you may call LSC-CyFair Continuing Education at 281.290.3460 for questions and help with registration.
