Interested in a college degree, a new career, help with financial aid or perhaps winning scholarship money? Stop by the Feb. 21 open house between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.at Lone Star College-CyFair and LSC-Fairbanks Center.
 
Participants can take campus tours, get assistance with online college applications, help with financial aid paperwork (bring income tax information) and learn about the variety of college programs and courses.
 
A presentation on admissions, testing and financial aid will be given in Spanish.
 
In addition, four $250 scholarships, which can be used for the 2009 summer or fall semester, will be given away.
 
Free food, t-shirts, giveaways and more will be available while supplies last.
 
LSC-CyFair is located at 9191 Barker Cypress at West Road. LSC-Fairbanks Center is located at 14955 Northwest Freeway near Beltway 8.
 
Open houses will also be held across the Lone Star College System which includes LSC-Kingwood, LSC-Montgomery, LSC-North Harris and LSC-Tomball and their respective satellite centers.
