College to hold 'Sneak Preview' for new students and their parents
Students new to Lone Star College–Tomball and their families are invited to a 'Sneak Preview' on Aug. 18 beginning at 8 a.m. in the Beckendorf Conference Center.

This fun-filled new student orientation is designed to familiarize students and their parents with the college, and the resources and services it offers.

Activities get under way with check-in and breakfast. Sessions for students include It’s a Whole New World and You’re in College Now. Parents will start with You’re NOW the Parent of a College Student, and a campus tour followed by presentations on financial aid, and transfer and career planning. Parents and students are invited to a mini-Activities Mart and ice cream social from 2:30 to 3 p.m. Lunch is also provided.

To register for Sneak Preview ’07 go to tomball.lonestar.edu/goto/sneakpreview. Registration is in progress for fall semester classes which begin Aug. 27. New students may fill out the online application for admission and find information on the registration process by going to tomball.lonestar.edu and clicking on Prospective Student.
