Interested in a college degree, a new career, help with financial aid and registration or even taking a campus tour? Stop by the April 14 open house between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at Lone Star College-CyFair.
At this resource fair, participants can learn about the variety of college’s academic and workforce programs, transfer opportunities and campus life, such as student clubs and intramural sports as well as observe mock classes.
Information sessions on admissions, testing, advising, registration and financial aid will be provided as well as a variety of tours, refreshments and prizes. Bilingual (Spanish) presentations will be available.
There will be breakout sessions with faculty to hear about Learning Community/Networks, Honors College and Study Abroad opportunities.
In addition, students age 18 and under can complete bacterial meningitis vaccinations for $20 through Vax-a-nation.
Open houses will also be held across the Lone Star College System at LSC-Kingwood, LSC-Montgomery, LSC-North Harris, LSC-Tomball and LSC-University Park. For system-wide open house information, visit LoneStar.edu/openhouse.
