The Learning, Inspiration, Friendship and Enrichment (L.I.F.E.) programs in February are free and held Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the library (LRNC room 131 unless otherwise noted) at 9191 Barker Cypress.

Chocolate lovers Carol Ann Maurer and Claire Gunnels make the case that chocolate is a food group. Come prepared to vote on your favorite chocolate flavor.

Stem cell therapy is no longer a pipe dream - it is being utilized today to improve such conditions as joint pain and arthritis without surgery. LSC-CyFair Chemistry Professor Lou Cruz discusses why she is living proof that it works.
