Lone Star College-North Harris and Communities In Schools of Houston (CIS) will host a Social Services Resource Fair Tuesday, September 27 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the college’s Student Services Building Lobby, located at 2700 W.W. Thorne Drive, Houston, TX 77073.
“This event is designed to inform and educate students about the various resources in their community,” said Communities in Schools of Houston, Project Manager Dana Esposito.
The Social Services Resource Fair is a free event, allowing LSC-North Harris students the opportunity to meet with social service providers to learn about free or low cost healthcare, housing and emergency shelters, financial assistance programs, counseling services, career programs, legal aid, Texas benefits programs and more!
