For those interested in becoming a Texas classroom certified teacher, Lone Star College-CyFair and the University of Houston-Downtown will co-host an information session March 29.

LSC-CyFair and UofH-Downtown have teamed up to offer a seamless transition from the college’s Associate of Arts in Teaching (AAT) degree to the university’s bachelor’s degree.

Two information sessions will be offered March 29, 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and again 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., and held in the Center for Academic and Student Affairs (CASA) 110 on the campus at 9191 Barker Cypress.  

Registration begins April 13 for the fall semester which begins Aug. 29.
