Cy-Fest 11 offers festivities for all ages with a petting zoo, face painting, pony carousel, moonwalks, carnival rides and more Saturday, Nov. 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lone Star College-CyFair.
This family event will include attractions such as holiday coloring stations, photo booth, live dj, a mascot dance battle featuring LSC-CyFair’s Heavy D and others, pumpkin patch and more. In partnership with the Harris County Public Library, LSC-CyFair Branch, a new “Harvest of Heroes” zone will feature local law enforcement. Visitors can also receive information on area non-profit organizations as well as learn about the college offerings and enjoy activities in the children’s library.
“The energy and enthusiasm of our employees, students and community members involved in this event is a reflection of our community as a whole to the commitment we all have to making Cy-Fair a wonderful place to live, work and raise our families,” said LSC-CyFair’s College Relations Executive Director Michelle Tran. “Our sincere thanks go to many local businesses and community partners who donate resources and volunteer time to this free event that has been drawing thousands of smiles or more than a decade now.”
