Each year,
RateMyProfessors.com collects data from students and compiles lists of the top
schools in the country. Schools are rated in categories such as quality,
reputation, location and student happiness. LSCS was ranked as the best in
Texas among all two-year colleges for 2012-13.
“We’re pleased to have great
feedback like this from our students,” said Dr. Keri Rogers, LSCS vice
chancellor, academic affairs. “RateMyProfessors.com is a good resource for
students to see how others rank their professors and to input their own
comments. LSCS also has some highly-ranked faculty members, which doesn’t
surprise me at all.”

and attention, which has helped me have a better understanding of the material.
It is easier for me to grasp concepts at my university now because of the

quality professors make this a solid choice for someone looking for a two year
school North/Northwest of Houston proper.”
“This is the best school I've ever attended the teachers are
super awesome and they work with you, there is always something going on that's
fun and people in the clubs are super easy to get along with because they work
around your schedule for work or other classes. I wouldn't choose any other
school.”
