Lone Star College-CyFair’s Speaking of Business Speaker Series continues April 24 with a panel discussion about “What Employers Really Want.”

Don’t miss this event, as a panel of Human Resources professionals discuss strategies for getting and maintaining a job in this new economy. The event topics include: bringing your “A-Game” to work, preparing for a job interview, getting noticed at job fairs, surviving a job lay-off, tips for career changers and career killing mistakes on social networks.

This workforce readiness talk will be held from 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. in the Center for Academics and Student Affairs (CASA) room 110.

Light refreshments will be served, however space is limited.

The free Speaking of Business Speaker Series is designed to enhance the personal and professional development of future business and community leaders.
