The Lone Star College-Montgomery Chamber Singers will have a concert on March 20, at 7:30 p.m., to kick off their New Orleans Choir Tour. The concert will take place in the Recital Hall, located in the college’s Music Hall (Building H). Tickets are $5 for students and faculty, and $10 for general admission.
The Chamber Singers will be performing music from the Renaissance Era, an excerpt from a Handel’s oratorio, and some gospels and spirituals. The music is garnered toward their tour of New Orleans, where they will be performing in the St. Louis Cathedral during their tour March 21-23.
