What’s new in the industry of computer networking? Find out at the Lone Star College-CyFair Cisco Networking Academy Open House March 21.
The Cisco Networking Academy teaches students both the fundamentals and advanced techniques of Cisco networking as well as provides opportunities to learn collaboration and problem-solving skills through hands-on activities and network simulations.
Come tour Cisco labs, meet the staff and view demonstrations of various technologies at the open house. In addition, attendees will find out about the courses in LSC-CyFair’s Cisco Network Academy that lead to industry certification such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional, CCNA-Security and the new CCNA-VoIP (voice over IP) as well as new Fall 2013 classes such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP.)
The open house will be held from 4:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. in the Technology Building, rooms 121 and 122 on the LSC-CyFair campus at 9191 Barker Cypress.
