Enjoy a musical evening Wednesday, March 28 for “jazzNCompany” at Lone Star College-CyFair

“Come hear a retro big band powerhouse showcasing LSC-CyFair’s own roaring BrassRhythmNReeds,” said Dr. John Wolfskill, music director.

Among the special guests for this evening are national recording artists Woody Witt on tenor sax and Robert Odneal on trumpet as well as Mark Holter on saxophone and Jay Henry on trombone.

“We hope to put on a show that is entertaining and memorable,” said Wolfskill. “The basis of what we do is the significant display of academic achievement by our students.  It’s tasteful, yet surprising.”

The 7:30 p.m. concert will be held in the Main Stage Theatre, located in the Center for the Arts building on the Barker Cypress campus at 9191 Barker Cypress.

Tickets are $10 for general admission and $5 for seniors. Group discounts are available. LSC students and employees receive complimentary admission with a valid ID.
