Lone Star College-North Harris will host Insight on Immigration featuring Dr. Linda Quintanilla, LSC-North Harris history instructor and Gordon Quan, local immigration attorney. The event is scheduled for April 28 at 3 p.m. on the second floor of the college’s Student Center, located at 2700 W.W. Thorne Drive.
Insight on Immigration will offer unbiased facts to cut through the political rhetoric of the current immigration debate. Quintanilla and Quan will present credible information about immigration law and the extent to which illegal immigrants receive public benefits, contribute tax dollars and compete with Americans for Jobs.
