Add a little jazz to your week as the Lone Star College-CyFair’s Jazz Ensemble presents “jazzjam2” Wednesday, April 27.

Under the direction of Dr. John Wolfskill, the college’s Jazz Ensemble will delight, dazzle  and surprise audiences.

In addition to saxophonists Cheryl Nichols and Matthew Janik who recently made the prestigious Texas All-State Symphonic Band, the evening will feature special guest Robert Odneal, trumpet player formerly with Maynard Ferguson’s Band.

The 7:30 p.m. concert, with a reception to follow, will be held in the Main Stage Theatre, located in the Center for the Arts building on the Barker Cypress campus at 9191 Barker Cypress.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and $5 for students with valid ID. Group rate are available.
