(Dec. 16, 2010) – Most Lone Star College System facilities will be closed for the holiday break beginning Dec. 18 through Jan.2. Regular operations resume on Monday, Jan. 3.
Each college campus has different hours of operation to support December mini-mester classes and other activities, so please check with your local campus for its schedule over the holiday break. Work will be ongoing during this period however with the implementation of myLoneStar, the college’s new information system that will provide students with better service.
In order to have systems prepared for the spring semester, migration of data into the new PeopleSoft Enterprise application will continue during the holiday period.
During this time, some functions will not be available. For example, student registration and payment functions are in a black-out mode from Dec. 16, noon, until Dec. 20 at 7 a.m., and from noon on Dec. 30 until 7 a.m. on Jan. 3.
