(Nov. 12, 2010) – The Veterans Affairs Center located on the Lone Star College-University Park campus is hosting a lunch and learn event on Nov. 17 and 18 that will focus on disability entitlements for veterans.
The free event, set for noon to 1 p.m. on both days, will feature an AMVETS representative who willprovide information and assistance in filing a claim and/or appealing disability ratings with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
