Any new, first-time in college student is invited to get acquainted with Lone Star College-Montgomery and get prepared for their first semester through a new student orientation, offered twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays beginning Wednesday, March 10.
Sessions are free and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis at the following times and locations:
Wednesdays at 3 p.m. in Building F, Room 207
Fridays at 10 a.m. in Building F, Room 330
Each new student orientation will provide attendees the opportunity to meet one-on-one with an academic advisor, learn about the various academic programs offered, become familiar with the campus, meet other students and faculty, and register for the upcoming semester.
No pre-registration is required, but students attending the orientation will need to have completed an admissions application, as well as placement testing and/or provided the college with copies of test scores or college transcripts.
