Cardio Salsa, the spicy hot and energetic workout that lets you burn body fat as you dance, is now offered at Lone Star College-North Harris. Starting Feb. 2, 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. encounter the magic of Salsa dance. This fun fitness dance class is open to all dancers and non-dancers who want to spice up their fitness routine. No partner or previous dance experience needed. 
Learn new moves in salsa, meringue, soca and more. You burn fat as you move to a fast-paced variety of different Latin steps. The fee is $67. For more information call 281.618.5602.
