Students new to Lone Star College–Tomball and their families are invited to 'Premiere Day' on Aug. 21 beginning at 10 a.m. in the Beckendorf Conference Center.

This fun-filled orientation is designed to familiarize new students and their parents with the college, and the resources and services it offers.

Activities get under way with check-in and breakfast. Sessions for students include Play Fair and The Naked Truth. Parents will start with Landing the Helicopter, and a campus tour followed by presentations on financial aid, and transfer and career planning. Parents and students are invited to a mini-Activities Mart and ice cream social 3:15 pm. Lunch is also provided.

 Lone Star College System registration is underway for fall semester classes which begin Aug. 24. New students may fill out the online application for admission and find information on the registration process by going to tomball.lonestar.edu and clicking on Future Students.
