Lone Star College-Montgomery is thrilled to announce that Anne-Marie Crabtree has been named February’s Volunteer of the Month. As the Manager of Community Engagement & Special Events, Anne-Marie has played an indispensable role in supporting Education for Tomorrow Alliance (EfTA) students and the broader community through her dedicated efforts.
Throughout the year, Anne-Marie works tirelessly to reserve space and coordinate logistics for Lone Star College-Montgomery’s events and activities. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure that every event runs smoothly, providing students with valuable experiences that promote growth and engagement. In the Office of Special Events, she plans events for the college and advises internal and external groups on event planning. Anne-Marie also ensures that all events align with the college’s mission while maintaining high standards of quality and managing all necessary logistics.
Although this recognition comes later than anticipated, our gratitude for Anne-Marie's contributions is profound. Her invaluable behind-the-scenes efforts have not gone unnoticed, and she has made a significant impact on EfTA’s programs, and the students involved.
When discussing the impact of this reward with Anne-Marie, she emphasizes, “I enjoy working as an event manager at Lone Star College-Montgomery.
