Come get a sneak peek of what’s happening on stage and in the art gallery this year in the Center for the Arts at Lone Star College-CyFair.

The Society for the Arts proudly presents the “Raise the Curtain” season opener at 6 p.m. Aug. 22 for those curious about LSC-CyFair’s amazing visual and performing arts events and programs. The evening features performances by nationally-acclaimed faculty from the Music Department and Drama Department with artist talks by talented Art Department faculty. 

Showcasing the hard work, skills and creativity of the college’s students, faculty and staff as well as visiting artists, LSC-CyFair’s Center for the Arts is the place for the Cy-Fair community to come for family entertainment.

“Our students deserve an audience and our audience deserves to see the incredible talent at LSC-CyFair,” said Joshua Estrada, Fine Arts Coordinator. “Join us for the preview of our must-see season and hear about the sponsorship opportunities and benefits of becoming a patron of the arts." 

Be sure to save the dates Sept. 27, Oct. 25 and Nov. 22, for the free monthly Fine Arts Showcase 1 p.m. events to enjoy an afternoon of all things visual and performing arts featuring the talented students of drama, music, art and creative writing.
