David White never imagined he would be pursuing a career in robotics. He knew that he always loved solving problems and knowing how everything works. After graduating from Oak Ridge High School in 2020, White originally wanted to pursue a career as an engineer. Once he enrolled at Lone Star College, he changed his mind and decided to change his major to Robotics-Automated Manufacturing Technology.

“Transitioning over to LSC-North Harris was smooth,” White said. “The schedule worked better for me, and I really enjoyed the small classes. The equipment here is newer and more up to date compared to other schools.” White completed his courses in August 2023, earning an Associate of Applied Science in Robotic-Automated Manufacturing Technology, and had a job offer within a month.
