Dr. Seuss’s ‘The Cat in the Hat’ is making its way to Lone Star College-North Harris this March. Originally adapted by the Royal National Theatre of Great Britain, LSC-North Harris Drama Director Cash Carpenter is bringing the Dr. Seuss classic to life for local families to enjoy.

Join us as the Cat in the Hat pays a visit to the home of Sally and her brother. When he releases Thing One and Thing Two from his red box, all sorts of mischief ensue. He’s the funniest, most mischievous cat the children have ever met, making a rainy afternoon into an amazing adventure. The Cat in the Hat makes a glorious mess of everything, leaving audience members wondering if the children’s home can be put back in order before their mother returns.

Dr. Seuss’s ‘The Cat in the Hat’ arrives March 1 – 3 at the LSC-North Harris Fine Art Building. Showtimes can be found online at https://lonestarcollegenorthharris.ticketleap.com/cat/. Attendees are encouraged to bring a children’s book to the box office as a donation to Books Between Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving Houston’s at-risk children. Children of all ages are welcome to attend. Tickets are on sale now for $12 for adults and $7 for children.
