Have you heard of Goi Ga, RPGs or the Short and Sweet Barbershop Quartet? Find out more at Lone Star College-CyFair’s L.I.F.E. programs coming this holiday season.

The free Learning, Inspiration, Friendship and Enrichment programs are all held at 10 a.m. in the library meeting room, LRNC Room 131.

In November, attendees will first get a delicious cooking tutorial with Huyen Doan, who is making her famous Goi Ga, a Vietnamese chicken salad, Nov. 13. Then they will play a sample Role Playing Game (RPG) for fun with Librarian Liz Nebeker Nov. 27 as she takes attendees on a journey through different types of RPGs and the benefits of playing such games.

In the Dec. 11 Singing for the Holidays program, attendees can learn about barbershop singing as well as enjoy fantastic live music when they join Short and Sweet (a barbershop quartet, who are members of Sugar Land Sound) for a holiday sing to close out the year.

For program information, go to Cflib.info/life or email the L.I.F.E. coordinator at Rachel.Hugenberg@LoneStar.edu.
