The LSC Mobile Go is perfect for student recruitment and outreach events within the LSC service area, where large crowds are expected. It can be stationed at various locations such as campus recruitment events, K-12 schools, holiday parades, festivals, community events, application and enrollment drives, and college and career days.

Mobile Go Scheduling Information:
****The Mobile Go is not current accepting requests at this time****To schedule the LSC Mobile Go for events sponsored by the college, LSC employees are required to submit an LSC Mobile Go Event Request at least two weeks in advance. Requests are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. The form is not currently available for new requests.

Frequently Asked Questions
- LSC recruitment/outreach events that are being hosted in area schools (K-12), community centers, businesses and/or churches within the LSC service area are typically approved.
- Events offered at non-LSC locations will be prioritized over LSC locations.
- If anticipated attendance is less than 50 the request may be denied.
- Typically, the LSC Mobile Go is available Monday-Friday, during normal 8am – 5pm business hours when the College is open.
- Requests for evening and weekend events will be considered and reviewed on a case by case basis for approval.
- The deployment of LSC Mobile Go is generally for events that are 4 hours or less and will not be longer than eight total hours in a day. This includes drive time and setup/breakdown time to and from the event.
- Full-time staff who wish to use the LSC Mobile Go can view the calendar of confirmed dates through the “LSC Mobile Go” calendar in Outlook.
- Community members will need to contact the LSC outreach and recruitment team in your area or submit a Mobile Go Event Information Request.
- Full-time staff who wish to use the LSC Mobile Go can submit a request through the Office of Student Success and Completion Employee Intranet (SharePoint site).
- Community members must contact the outreach and recruitment staff at the campus within their service area. The outreach and recruitment staff will determine their availability to participate in the community event and then submit the Request Mobile Go form.
- Any cancellations should be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
- We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled deployment due to inclement weather that could adversely affect the internet signal or jeopardize the safety of those in the Mobile Go. We will notify you as soon as we determine that a cancellation is necessary.
